Amount paid during the K Box trip $1 each -$1 x 24=$24
Amount collected for so called 'chalet' (fortnightly ting) $10 each -$10 x 24=$240
Expenses
Transparency and marker pens -$15
BSG T-shirts $7 each -$7 x 24 = $168
POM Notes Book 2 $2.10 each -$2.10 x 24 = $50.40
Balance
Total assets - Total expense
(24+240) - (168+15+50.40) = $30.60
Actual Balance
Balance - Amount Owing(Bal c/d)
$30.60 - ($10 + $10 + $7) = $3.60
Hey u guys! This is wad we have so far...this is to report to you guys the expense of our class and oso let u all understand why i'm always collecting money (and y u guys are always in debt)... ok? Hopefully by the end of sem we will have a surplus/profit so the chalet can go on!
